Joe and his team have filled dozens of battery storage roles. A newer an ever-evolving business, battery storage was added by many of Mr. Amara’s clients. His first battery storage recruiting engagement was an electrical engineering role tasked with addressing grid unreliability in Antofagasta, Chile in 2008. Since then, many of Mr. Amara’s clients have utilized his network to recruit top-talent for their executive teams.
